{"id":1234,"date":"2014-06-27T07:36:44","date_gmt":"2014-06-27T05:36:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/globecoreoil.com\/?p=1142"},"modified":"2016-09-21T07:54:14","modified_gmt":"2016-09-21T07:54:14","slug":"in-maracaibo-they-use-equipment-of-globecore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aceite.globecore.com\/in-maracaibo-they-use-equipment-of-globecore","title":{"rendered":"In Maracaibo they use the Best GlobeCore Equipment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>At the end of May 2014, our company carried out the supplying, the adjustment and the start-up of a <em>GlobeCore<\/em> USB blending system in the city of Maracaibo in Venezuela.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One of the local Maracaibo enterprises needed a model with productivity of at least 18 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h.\u00a0 By the way, Maracaibo is the second most populated city of Venezuela after Caracas (more than a million of people).<\/p>\n<p>What necessitated the USB blending system was the enterprises&#8217; need for a fuel blending unit with the ability to operate with universality.\u00a0 With this USB unit, manufactured and powered by <strong><em>Globecore<\/em><\/strong>, the blending and dissolution of all liquids can be carried out with two to five components.<\/p>\n<p>The system is used for the preparation of multi-component motor fuel blends (including those with vegetable additives), bio-ethanol, as well as for the blending of biodiesel with diesel fuel. Furthermore, the USB system is used for the emulsification and homogenisation of mazut and water-fuel blends.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1144\" src=\"http:\/\/oil.globecore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2014\/06\/USB-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"USB\" width=\"445\" height=\"370\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The distinctive feature of the blending system we manufactured is the use of its injection method and hydraulic shock.\u00a0 This allows the unit to raise the fuel&#8217;s cetane number as well as to prevent its disintegration for at least six months.\u00a0 Fuel may quickly disintegrate when using the usual blending methods.<\/p>\n<p>The usage of the USB hydraulic blending system has allowed the operators in Maracaibo to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>increase productivity (the existing unit adjustments, according to the customer&#8217;s needs, can achieve productivity rates of 5 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h, 18 m<sup>3<\/sup>h, 20 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h, 40 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h, 60 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h or 100 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h);<\/li>\n<li>significantly shorten the duration of the blending process and achieve a stable output;<\/li>\n<li>increase the company&#8217;s profitability through the optimal use of the components;<\/li>\n<li>decrease labor costs as well as the number of service personnel due to the unit&#8217;s automatic processing mode;<\/li>\n<li>minimize the idle time of the final product&#8217;s transportation.<\/li>\n<li>unload the final product directly into fuel tankers, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/oil.globecore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2014\/06\/Run_USB.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1145\" src=\"http:\/\/oil.globecore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2014\/06\/Run_USB-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Run_USB\" width=\"444\" height=\"380\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At the end of May 2014, our company carried out the supplying, the adjustment and the start-up of a GlobeCore USB blending system in the city of Maracaibo in Venezuela.
